Prescriptions
For reasons of safety we do not accept medication requests over the phone, except in exceptional circumstances.
Medication requests will be accepted over the phone if you are housebound or have been given permission by a General Practitioner.
Requests can me made in writing to the practice, Completing the right side of your prescription or by signing up to patient online services.
Please allow at least 72 working hours for us to process your request

Please note - If you put your request in after 4pm this will not be actioned until the next working day.
e.g. Monday at 5pm will be ready on Friday after 2pm.
* On some occasions it may take longer than 72 hours due to medication queries/winter pressure/annual leave/bank holidays.
Nominated Pharmacy
We do not change your nominated pharmacy.
If you need your medication delivering to a different pharmacy than usual, you would need to contact the pharmacy you would like to change to.
We are not a dispensing practice and do not keep drugs on the premises.
