Telephone for Advice from a Doctor
The receptionists have been asked not to interrupt your Doctor if he/she is with a patient unless your call is urgent, you may therefore be asked to phone back after surgery at a given time when your Doctor is free.
There is a disabled access ramp at the front of the building and consulting rooms available on the ground floor. There is also a WC on the ground floor that has wheelchair access. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, please inform the receptionist so that arrangements may be made for you to be seen on the ground floor.
Services Not Provided by the NHS
Certain examinations, vaccinations, letters and certificates are not provided on the NHS. The Doctors or staff will inform you of the relevant fee.
Our Out of Hours service provider is Go to Doc. Patients can contact the Out of Hours service by contacting NHS 111.
This phone number is given on the practice answering machine message and the service is available between 6:30pm - 8:00am Monday to Friday and also covers weekends and Public Bank Holidays.
