For reasons of safety we do not accept telephone requests except in exceptional circumstances.
Medication requests will be accepted over the phone if you are housebound or have been given permission by a General Practitioner.
Requests can me made in writing to the practice, Completing the right side of your prescription or by signing up to patient online services.
Requests for repeat prescriptions should be made in writing at least two working days prior to collection.
Please note - if you send in your request outside of surgery opening times it will be ready for collection two working days from the next surgery opening time.
E.G If your request was given to us on a Saturday or Sunday it will be processed on Monday and available for collection on Wednesday afternoon, after 2pm.
We do not change your nominated pharmacy.
If you need your medication delivering to a different pharmacy than usual, you would need to contact the pharmacy you would like to change to.
We are not a dispensing practice and do not keep drugs on the premises.
