Zero Tolerance of Abuse to NHS Staff

The institute of general practice managers has created a video as part of a campaign to end abuse in GP practices.

Eastview Surgery supports a zero tolerance of abuse to NHS Staff, especially GPs and staff who work in general practice, as they are providing an essential service to local people. 

Our staff have a right to work in an environment that is safe and secure for themselves and the patients that they care for.

Patients who are violent, aggressive or abusive will lose the right to be registered with the GP of their choice, conditions placed on their future care and maybe removed from the practice list.

The staff at Eastview work extremely hard to support the patients registered with us.
